Brief, realistic budget, then one considered vision: moodboards, 3D visualisations, materials. So you can see your home before it even exists.
I prepare the build
Full construction documentation, specifications, contractor selection. I check whether CILA/SCIA filing is needed and coordinate with the surveyor/architect I work with.
I manage on-site
I coordinate teams, monitor timelines, quality and budget. I order the furnishings and oversee installation. I send you regular reports with photos and video. You live your life. I keep watch here.
You receive your finished home
Final styling, detail refinement, photo session and the keys to a space ready to live in, rent or sell. You walk in and you're home.
